Because of the increasing number of facilities equipped with automatic regulation over the years, the company recently decided to install Arena software. This platform centralizes at a higher level all the control units scattered across the various facilities, allowing for their integrated management and overall supervision from a single interface.

Arena is essential for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the pharmaceutical sector. Acting as the central “brain” of automation, the software monitors and records critical system parameters in real time. This is essential for preventing contamination. It also generates immediate alarms in case of deviations, allowing for quick intervention.
The system records every data point and alarm in real time, providing complete and reliable traceability. This ensures that production processes comply with rigorous quality and safety standards as required by EU Annex 1.
