Production

The taking charge of a project by production is a crucial phase that requires careful planning and collaboration between the various teams involved.

Here are the main phases of a correct takeover:

  • Information transfer: the design team transfers all relevant information to the production team, including technical drawings, calculations, specifications, specifications, timing and wishes shared with the customer.

  • Feasibility analysis: the production team analyses the documentation received to verify the feasibility of the project from the point of view of the technique, the resources available and the implementation times. In this phase, any critical issues or need for changes to the project can be identified.

  • Production planning: based on the feasibility analysis, the production team defines a detailed plan that includes the sequence of operations, the allocation of resources, and production times.

  • Procurement of materials: the production team takes care of ordering and delivering to the customer all the materials and components necessary for the realization of the project, guaranteeing quality and compliance with specifications.

  • Production: during this phase, the electrical diagrams, the software, the typing of the field and the panels and the graphic pages are created.

  • Start-up and testing: once production is complete, the solution is subjected to the first start-up and testing to verify its correct operation and compliance with specifications. Any problems are identified and resolved in this phase.

  • Delivery: the finished project and related documentation is delivered to the customer in compliance with the agreed timing.
