Preliminary Consultancy consists of an in-depth analysis that is conducted before undertaking a moderately complex Building Automation project.
The main objective is to assess whether the project is technically and economically feasible according to the information and wishes expressed by the client and whether it is therefore worth pursuing.
What it consists of:
Technical analysis: an inspection is carried out if necessary and the technical aspects of the project, the necessary technologies, the available resources, the required skills, the implementation times and the potential obstacles are examined.
Economic analysis: the expected costs for the implementation of possible solutions are evaluated in relation to the availability of the expenditure budget indicated by the customer.
Analysis of advantages and risks: the potential advantages and risks of feasible solutions are identified from a technical, economic, energy and environmental point of view and strategies to mitigate the risks are evaluated.
General project design: the most suitable general project design is chosen and shared with the client for their approval.
